I am dedicated to providing an individualized education for children so that I can challenge, care for and educate them enabling full utilization of their strengths and improvement of their weaknesses. I intend to further my career so that I can provide the best possible education and educational programs for children.
Becoming actively involved in school policies and local government could easily be a reality for me. I would love to see a policy supporting individualized education for every child, not just special education students. All children will benefit from an individual program that concentrates on excelling in strengths, improving weaknesses, and assistance in reaching goals. Increased local government funding and community programs reaching out to schools and children greatly enhance the quality of education.
